We are constantly looking for new places to share our products. Please use the contact form or email QA@kingskatch.com. We would love to talk with you. Alternatively, you can place your order from our wholesale vendor.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. For quick checkouts we also accept chrome (GPay) and apple (Apple Pay) browser payment methods. If you are getting an error using GPay try turning off your browser pop-up blocker.
Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped within 3 – 7 business days We use USPS flat (3-5 days) and priority (2 days) shipping. At the moment we only ship within the US – we are working on shipping to CAN. We understand that it happens! If for any reason you wish to return your product, we will refund in full all packages that are unopened within 7 days of receipt. Kindly, contact QA@kingskatch.com to return your product. You will however be responsible for the return shipping. We recommend that you get insurance, as we can not guarantee the delivery. All refunds will be made back to the purchase payment mode.
Once your order satisfy the free shipping requirement there will be a “Free shipping” option during checkout. Select this option. If your order qualify to ship free and you forget to select this option we promise to refund you your shipping cost.
Orders cancelled prior to shipping will receive a full refund. Cancellation done afterward will receive refund less shipping cost once the return process is completed.
